Your best patients carry the cards that cost you the most.

Visa Infinite. World Elite. Amex Platinum. On tiered pricing, the premium cards your highest-value cases are paid with land in your most expensive rate bucket.

Your statement won't tell you that. We will — line by line, in one business day, at no cost and no obligation.

The part nobody explains

Tiered pricing was built to be confusing. High-value practices pay for it.

Tiered pricing sorts every transaction into buckets — qualified, mid-qualified, non-qualified — and only the cheapest bucket gets advertised. The rules that decide which bucket a card lands in are set by your processor, not by you.

What happens

Premium cards downgrade

Rewards, business, and corporate cards carry higher interchange. On tiered pricing they're routed to the non-qualified bucket — often your most expensive rate.

Why it hits you harder

Your patients carry them

Elective, high-ticket care is paid with premium cards. A practice whose cases run five figures may see most of its volume land in the expensive bucket.

The alternative

Interchange-plus itemises

The network's cost and our fee appear as separate lines. There are no buckets to fall into and nothing to reclassify. You see both numbers, every month.

The statement audit

Send one statement. Get every fee explained.

We read your current processor's statement line by line, name every fee including the ones that carry no plain-English label, and put our pricing beside it. If you're already getting a fair deal, we'll tell you that.

01

You send a statement

A PDF or a photo taken on your phone. One month is enough. We don't need your account credentials or any patient information.

02

We take it apart

Every line identified and grouped: interchange passed through at cost, network assessments, and your processor's markup — separated so you can see which is which.

You get the comparison

Your current cost next to ours, itemised, with the arithmetic shown. No obligation, no follow-up campaign, and nothing to sign.

Yours to keep

Where we differ

Three things most processors won't put in writing.

We acquire American Express directly

Through OptBlue, Amex settles alongside your other cards on one statement and one deposit. Many providers hand Amex to a third party and you carry the difference.

We acquire Discover directly

Same arrangement. Discover volume is priced and settled by us rather than passed through to someone else's agreement.

Our markup is a line item

Interchange-plus means you see the network's cost and our fee separately. We do add a fee — that's the "plus" — and you'll always be able to see exactly what it is.

Pricing

Four plans. Every fee listed.

All plans use interchange-plus pricing, and the plan price absorbs the account's fixed monthly platform costs. Next-day funding included.

Two fees that aren't in the plan price. A $15/month gateway fee applies if you key transactions through a virtual terminal — not if you use a physical terminal only. A $3.50/month regulatory product fee is passed through at cost. We list these here because you'd otherwise meet them on your first statement.

Anthony Linsday, founder of Triton Processing

Triton Processing is run by Anthony Linsday out of Rock Hill, South Carolina, serving practices across York County and the greater Charlotte area. Before Triton he built payment gateways and worked with terminal hardware, PCI requirements, and acquirer economics — which is why the audit exists. Most of what looks like a mystery on a merchant statement is legible if you know the vocabulary.

Statement reviews, terminal installs, setups, even receipt paper — Triton handles those directly. The processing itself runs on CardConnect, a Fiserv company, so settlement, uptime and the larger issues sit with one of the largest processors in the country. And if Triton isn't the better deal for your practice, we'll say so — you'll still have the audit.
