How it works

From statement to first settlement.

Everything starts with the audit — because you shouldn’t switch processors on adjectives. Here is the whole path, including the parts where you decide to do nothing.

01

The audit

Send one month’s statement — a PDF or a phone photo. It comes back within one business day with every line named: interchange at cost, network assessments, and your current processor’s markup, separated.

1 business day

02

Your decision

The comparison shows our number beside your current one, with the arithmetic. If your current deal is fair, the sheet says so and that is a perfectly good ending — the audit is yours either way.

No obligation

03

The paperwork

If the numbers say switch, we prepare the application together from documents your practice already has. No patient information is ever part of it, and you will not find surprise terms — the fixed monthly costs every account carries are absorbed in the plan price or disclosed at cost up front, never buried.

04

Equipment & setup

Bring the terminals you have, or start on the Mobile Business plan’s free Bluetooth reader. Setup is scheduled around your practice day — the switch happens behind the desk, not in front of patients.

Scheduled with you

05

Your first readable statement

Settled batches fund next-day. When the first statement arrives, the network’s cost and our fee are separate lines — compare it against the pricing page any time, because nothing on it is bundled.

Step zero

It all starts with one statement.

Two minutes to send. One business day to get back. Nothing to sign.
